Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in ShockForce Labs products. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and returns.

Made-to-Order Products

All ShockForce Labs devices are handcrafted and made to order with an approximate 12-week production time. Due to the custom nature of these products and their intimate use, completed devices cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Damages and Defects

Customers should inspect their order immediately upon receipt. Please notify us promptly if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos or additional information may be requested.

The following are not covered:

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. This processing fee does not apply to any shipping costs paid.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Customers will be notified when production begins on their order. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel before this point if needed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The timeframe for the refund to appear depends on your card issuer or payment provider.
